About
EduTech Tools was initially created as part of an assignment for ETCV 511, Application of Technology in Education, the introductory course in the Master of Sciences in Educational Technology program at The University of Arizona South.
Since this is the start of the program, I anticipate the posts in the beginning to be light on Edu and heavy on Tech. It will be interesting to see how that morphs over time.
EduTech Tools features reviews of software, hardware and gadgets of use to students and teachers.
A Little About Me
This blog is written by Michael Griffith. During the week, I am the Director of Interactive Media Development for Biomedical Communications at The University of Arizona. With my team of web developers, I create web-based applications in support of the education, outreach and research missions of the Arizona Health Sciences Center.
While I am proud of where I work and the job I do, this blog and all the words on it are my own and are not connected in any way to the UA, AHSC or the Arizona Board of Regents.
